Brexit has led to the set up of new custom rules between the United Kingdom and the European Community. Those rules were disclosed after the 24th December Brexit Agreement and are still being refined almost daily.

When you place an order for the UK, you may be charged with custom fees that the transporter will ask you to pay during delivery. We won't be able to refund you these fees.


Please note that you may be charge with custom fees, there are customer responsibility. We recommend you to use a standard method tracked.

1 - Choose a standardised parcel from La Poste, or reuse the cardboard box with which the products were sent to you. Place the products inside in their original packaging, with their label uncut and in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, not soiled).

2 - Indicate the number of your order of the item(s) concerned, then place the sheet in the parcel.

3 - Send the parcel back to us by tracked delivery. You may be asked for the tracking number of your return. You can choose the carrier of your choice :

Only new, unworn and clean products will be refunded. Items must be returned in their original packaging with the label of the garment. You will be refunded without additional steps after receipt of your parcel by our warehouse. The refund will be made via the payment method chosen for the order.  

Please note that due to the current sanitary situation, our carrier may experience a delay to deliver your return.

We will process your refund within 14 working days, once we have received your parcel. You will receive an email to confirm your refund. Your bank account will then be credited the sum of the returned items.
